Interior Inspiration: Black Window Frames

I have been intrigued with black windows this year and giving credit to another blogger who posted these great pictures and great tips:

You know those days when your whole house/apartment/condo feels blah? Like all of that work you put into trying to make it special and unique and truly yours just seems to fade into builder-grade blandness?  Well, I’m here today with a quick and relatively inexpensive way to add drama to your place – paint your window frames black.

Painting your window frames black requires relatively little input, but gives you a huge impact. The dark color gives the windows heft, while simultaneously seeming to make them recede into the distance.  And the best part is – anyone and everyone can do this. No matter how tiny your NYC apartment may be, I bet you have a window. Maybe your landlord doesn’t want you to paint it, but what he/she doesn’t know won’t hurt, right?  What’s your take? Will you be painting your window frames next weekend?

So….what do you think????
