Hello:
Yes, we are very fond of linen for upholstery. Indeed, we are very fortunate to have a wonderful fabric supplier in Brighton from whom we obtain Irish Linen which we love! The colours are always so good and the texture of the fabric makes it both interesting and pretty. We are totally with you here!!

It is one of my favorites also, Jane and Lance, and I was facinated with the manufacturing process as I researched it. Of course, there is so much more that goes into the processs than what briefly mentioned in my post, but I must agree with Raymond Libeert, CEO of Libeco-Lagae, a family of linen producers,"linen has so much character..." Thanks for your comment!!

And that is why I wanted linen Roman shades, but had to opt for cheapy imitation drapes! AHH! Dearest, you came to visit me and I THANK YOU SO MUCH! May all your dreams become PLANS that will flower into reality. PEACE!!!! Anita
